The walkthrough is free — we'll give you a written scope with real numbers attached.

How long does a project take?

A standard bathroom remodel typically takes 3–6 weeks. Outdoor spaces run 4–10 weeks depending on scope. ADUs take 3–5 months from permit approval to move-in. We give you a week-by-week schedule before we start, so you know exactly what's happening and when.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. SR Design and Build is a fully licensed California contractor and carries general liability insurance plus workers' compensation.

What does your process look like?

Four steps: we walk the space (free), design it together, write a fixed scope with pricing, then build. One crew, one point of contact throughout. We pull all required permits so you don't have to think about it.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We stand behind every job with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. If something isn't right after we hand the keys back, we come back and make it right.

Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull and manage all required permits as part of the project. You don't need to deal with the building department. Permitted work also protects your home's resale value.

Absolutely. We work with your selections or help you choose from our supplier network — often at trade pricing. We're experienced with everything from budget-conscious porcelain to custom stone, and we'll be honest about what holds up in Southern California's climate.
